    Charlotte joined AOMB in January 2017 after graduating in law from the University of Applied Sciences Leiden and completing a master’s degree in Dutch law at Maastricht University. She became interested in breeders’ rights while working as a paralegal in this field and decided to change direction and become a plant breeders’ rights attorney. She has worked successfully in this role ever since.

    Charlotte is responsible for giving IP advice in this field to the agriculture and horticulture sectors. Charlotte is a friendly and approachable colleague with a meticulous approach to her work. She is tenacious in her attempts to find the best solution for her clients.

    In her free time, Charlotte enjoys watching Formula 1 and trying out new recipes. She also likes sport and reading a good book.
