Since 2008 I am working with AOMB. My passion is to maintain and improve the relationships with our customers. I’d like to build out our service to a higher level by means of a direct interaction with our clients. 

Furthermore I facilitate meetings, coordinate agendas, organize business trips and try to find a solution for all common irregularities.

I am responsible for supporting and stimulating of the commercial services provided to AOMB's clients with the aim of increasing commercial results. From a customer-oriented and commercial approach, the Client Support Specialist is the linchpin in the service to clients and, together with the patent attorneys, ensures that clients receive a high-level service.

Besides working at AOMB I am also a wife and mother of two adolescent girls and a grandmother of a girl and a boy.
