    Is used to keeping multiple balls in the air. She likes to organise, she creates structure and maintains an overview of the work. Carla Hendriks is very experienced as an executive secretary and is a genuine ‘fixer’.

    In her role as HR assistant, Carla offers support in all HR activities. She is also the point of contact for the management team. Each day at work is different from the last. In a dynamic organisation such as AOMB, a lot is happening. Not only internally and externally, but also on national and international levels. That is precisely the challenging aspect of the work for Carla and is what gives her great satisfaction.

    Carla is happiest when she can sort out things for her colleagues in the background, enabling them to entirely focus on the client in the forefront.

    Besides at work, Carla is also very active in her spare time. She enjoys sports including running and walking. In addition, photography is her hobby and she likes to take beautiful pictures during her holiday trips.
