    Is used to keeping multiple balls in the air. She likes to organise, she creates structure and maintains an overview of the work. Carla Hendriks is very experienced as an executive secretary and is a genuine ‘fixer’.

    In her role as a business unit assistant for Business Unit SME, Carla ensures that the communication with colleagues and clients is optimal. She is also the point of contact for the management team. Each day at work is different from the last. In a dynamic organisation such as AOMB, a lot is happening. Not only internally and externally, but also on national and international levels. That is precisely the challenging aspect of the work for Carla and is what gives her great satisfaction.

    Carla is happiest when she can sort out things for her colleagues in the background, enabling them to entirely focus on the client in the forefront.

    Also in her spare time, Carla is very active. She likes to do sports, including running and hiking. Furthermore she frequently goes salsa-dancing. She likes to travel to Spanish-speaking countries and takes Spanish classes.
