The situation in Ukraine/Russia affects all of us, including AOMB.
With regard to Ukraine, we will do everything we can to maintain current affairs, for example ensuring postponement, consultation with examiners about installments and leniency payments. Our professional association contributes to this.
For Russia, we do not want to facilitate war. This means that we will not accept any new cases for the realization and/or protection of IP rights in Russia. With regard to current affairs, existing rights, we will do everything possible to maintain them with all the restrictions that entails. We emphasize that we do not accept any liability here for the maintenance of these rights. Payment transactions are limited and the political situation tells us that Russia intends to limit the exercise of intellectual property rights, if not already done.
