Big Chemistry Signature Event

On Thursday 28 May, AOMB Intellectual property will have a stand at the Big Chemistry Signature Event at High Tech Campus Eindhoven. We will be there with Vera op den Brouw-Sprakel, Jeroen Pet and Korneel Ridderbeek.

Robot labs are changing the pace of chemistry.

Especially in areas such as medicinal chemistry, formulation and materials development, machines can now run many experiments in parallel.

More compounds. More combinations. More parameters. More data.

That can make R&D faster.

But it also makes the IP questions sharper.

When an autonomous lab helps you find a promising molecule, formulation, coating or material, what exactly creates the value?

We do not look at IP as a final check at the end of R&D. We look at the innovation process itself.

Which innovations can be protected? Which innovations are better kept confidential? And how do you build a position that still makes sense when development cycles become faster and more automated?

The Big Chemistry Signature Event focuses on high-throughput and AI-driven autonomous robot labs.

It brings together real-world applications in self-driving labs, material discovery, formulation R&D and data-driven chemistry.

A strong setting to discuss where chemical innovation is heading next.
