I support colleagues throughout every stage of their journey, from the moment they apply to the moment they leave AOMB. That variety is what makes my work so enjoyable. No two days are the same. One day I’m making sure a new colleague has a smooth start, the next I’m handling parental leave arrangements or supporting colleagues with absence-related questions.

I also set up and analyzed our employee survey, helping us gain insight into what is going well and where there is room for improvement. I like things to be clear and well organized, so colleagues and candidates know exactly where they stand.

Being approachable is key in my role. I want people to feel comfortable reaching out to me, whether it’s for a practical HR question, a more sensitive situation, or simply because they need someone to listen.
