How does it work?
Patent monitoring involves regularly searching for current patent rights relevant to your business, in the Netherlands or other countries of your choice. Together, we create a monitoring profile based on the competitors, technology field, geographic area, or combination of these that you want to follow.
You receive reports at regular intervals. After the first report, your patent attorney contacts you to review the results and explain the report’s format. This helps you make an initial assessment of subsequent reports independently. Your patent attorney remains available to answer your questions.
What does patent monitoring cost?
Patent monitoring is available as a subscription for €710 per year, with a one-time setup fee of €310. This allows us to tailor the monitoring to your technology or other requirements. The first discussion of the results with your patent attorney is free of charge.
You can combine patent monitoring with a package of advisory hours for additional analysis of your position based on the documents identified.
