validation of European Patents in view of London Agreement
With the entry into force of the London Agreement as of 1 May 2008, the requirements for the validation of European patents in The Netherlands will change.
Pending its official publication, for the validation of European patents granted from 1 May 2008, The Netherlands will accept a text of the European patent in English or Dutch.

Inventors contest 'Uitvinden doe je zo !'
Yesterday 27 November nearly 200 children of five primary schools visited the High Tech Campus for the inventors contest "Uitvinden doe je zo !". The five schools participated in the inventors contest for children organized by Algemeen Octrooi- en Merkenbureau, as one of her 40-years anniversity activities. The 'would-be' child inventors were invited by Algemeen Octrooi- en Merkenbureau for the Final Invention Election held in the Auditorium in The Strip at the High Tech Campus
